Since we deliver all over the world, there is no applicable delivery time for all destinations. Delivery varies from country to country and from region to region where you live.

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, materials from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will certainly arrive soon.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
